Heat Sealing

Heat Sealing is a labour intenstive process that results in a laser sharp print. We use this technique most often on waterproof fabrics and fine fabric golf shirts. The design is first cut with a cutting plotter and the negative parts are removed with tweezers. The positive design is then applied using the correct amount of heat and pressure with a commercial heat press.
